- The Roman Nose Lakes trails are very
popular for families and less that enthusiastic hikers. The round trip was
only 3 miles and there was little to no elevation gain. The hike was
suggested in the book so I decided to take it in.
- To reach the Roman Nose trailhead, I
simply continued past the Bottleneck trail approximately another ten
miles. You essentially drive to the first lake and then hike to the other
two. As I mentioned earlier, this is an extremely easy hike with several
foot bridges to assist with walking.
