Lucky Peak is the
prominent
foothill just east of Boise with the large antenna station on the
top. This particular trail probably sees more bikes than hikers
for a couple of reasons. First of all, it is part of the Ridge to
Rivers trail system in Boise which is predominantly used by bikers and
it is essentially all gravel road to the top.
Just trying to stay in shape. It took me
2 hour and 10 minutes to get to the top and 1 hour and 20 minutes to get
back down. The statistics are a bit different from last year
because I took a different route on a couple of sections.
