• Description:
  • We had such a good time up Camp Bird Road the previous day that Dan, Jeff, and I decided to head up there for one more climb before heading back to Denver (CO).  We climbed the first pitch of Chockstone Chimney.  The second pitch was really thin and we didn't bring any rock gear with.  Jeff led the pitch and brought Dan and I up before we rappelled back down, got a ride from a gold miner that stopped to talk to us on the road, and drove back home.
